Definition

A headcount measure used by Service Providers to measure Call Centre Support efficiencies. Calculated by the ration of Access Lines to Number of Call Centre Employees (Access Lines divided by Number of Call Centre Employees). Can be flawed if IVRS system is used in case of emergency.
