Definition
Total # of users who have performed [x] qualified tasks / Total # of possible users x = is a number that will be unique to your situation, website or business application. The qualifying criteria could also be multiple tasks. For example, "Total # of users who have created (1) profile, Uploaded (2) documents, and forwarded (1) article." You set the parameters for what defines that your website or application has been "Adopted" by it's target audience.
