Calculation: Total costs of litigation outcome (any payouts + costs to 'other side') divided by number of cases where outcome has been finalised. Complimenting 'Average % payouts to claimants', indicator of success in tackling litigation claims against the organisation. Target to reduce over time to lower quartile of industry standard.
