Corrective actions may be derived from various health and safety sources. The number of these that are closed out within negotiated timeframes provides the organisation with a measurement of commitment to the health, safety and well being of its employees. This KPI can also be tweeked up in line with organisational progress and can be measured with other organisations of similar nature to provide benchmarking and standard setting.
