Different Execution cost per SFT for a given height (height block).

Use Case / Interpretation

Execution cost goes up as height of building increases. Although consumption (In turn cost) of material by and large remain constant but cost of execution goes up. It follows a standard curve if execution methodologies are disciplined . Challenge is to define EH ratio for every meter for a set of execution practice.
