Definition
The intent of this measure is to compare actual daily production with scheduled production for intermediates and sub-assemblies whose production requirements are driven from the master schedule. Accuracy is measured in terms of time and quantity, each which has prescribed tolerances. A fixed zone is identified at which the measurement takes place and within which the master schedule is not normally changed.
