Can be a useful tool in assessing whether a client needs the upgrade to services that they are usually unwilling to adopt due to budgetary constraints. In an area which is often seen as a financial drain it can be difficult to prove worth without a quantifiable product. The only time people tend to notice security is when it is not working.
