Definition

Number of paper pages used per employee (e.g. per day) - this KPI has been introduced in order to a/ measure the paper consumption in an organisation b/ to set up goal c/ to reduce the paper consumption. There are several tools / procedures, which could be implemented in order to reduce paper consumption: 1. Printing on both sides 2. Using electronic means of storage 3. Using electronic means of shareing (FTP files, Power Point, electronic meeting minutes, etc)
