Definition

The intent of the measure is to track the frequency with which orders are rejected by the order processing system or which require follow-up by a customer service representative. Causes for the required rework include, but are not limited to, incorrect pricing, incorrect material number, incorrect minimum lot size or pallet quantity, discontinued item or invalid ship date.
