Formula

[number of project issues closed] divided by [number of project issues opened]

Use Case / Interpretation

So if the actual value for this KPI is less than 1, the volume of project issues in the backlog is growing. This might indicate that projects are at risk due to more new issues are opened than old issues are closed.
