Training ROI

Definition

Cost of training per employee versus actual return on the cost(investment). This is in line with Kirkpatrick's Level 4 assessment and can be difficult to measure - so much so, it often isn't! There can be an almost 'implicit assumption' that training (development) will result in some benefit.
