Definition

These consist of a number of activities that, when executed, determines whether the commissioning of a change request is complete and was implemented successfully. By measuring individual activities across the plans, the quality of the process is clarified. Measurements can be made on how often - a data conversion was successful - training took place - available materials and procedures are present - communication tools were used and whether these have contributed to a correct transition
