Definition

Everybody hates long meetings. Well-organized meetings have clear objectives and tight agendas. Many meetings could be handled in less than 30 minutes. By encouraging staff to hold shorter meetings, meetings become much more productive because people focus on key objectives. Employee time is much better utilized. Lastly, the existence of this KPI incents staff to work smarter rather than harder.
