This measures the number of times a person indicates wanting to Checkout but then doesn't follow through beyond the Billing and Shipping page.
Formula
(Number of canceled Checkouts) percentage of (number of intended Checkouts)
Use Case / Interpretation
A high ratio might indicate page optimizations are needed for the Billing and Shipping pages. The goal is to get customers beyond the Billing page once they indicate they want to checkout.
