Definition
The ratio (percentage) of the usefulness of the Employee Information system (EIS), expressed in success/total ratio (percentage) in delivering the required information for any employee related specific actions within the organization. Target/Desired (optimal) Value = 100% Continuous Improvement Process: brings the percentage closer and closer to 100% through additions, modifications and improvements to the EIS itself (as an IT system)as well as to its contents format and quality.
