Improvements in the costs or cycle times of routine admin tasks
Definition
This KPI is for tracking the result of admin staff taking initiative or being proactive. It's particularly relevant when they find improvements to the admin processes which result in time being saved (either for them in their admin work or for non-admin staff), or costs being saved. You could measure the average reductions in costs or cycle times (or both) for each routine admin task.
