If your administrative staff aren’t getting the tasks done correctly, first time, it’s going to frustrate the non-admin staff and drive them to the desperate end of reclaiming the admin work themselves. That’s a symptom of the problem, not a solution to it. This measure compliments another KPI, "% Delegated admin tasks that did not require rework"
