Definition

The number of project issues closed, relative to the number of project issues opened in a given time period.

Formula

Use Case / Interpretation

So if the actual value for this KPI is less than 1, the volume of project issues in the backlog is growing. This might indicate that projects are at risk due to more new issues are opened than old issues are closed.
